This Shipping & Exchange Policy is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended) read with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Digital product only — no physical shipping

The only product sold by Bani Thani through buildaiempire.com/in/ is the AI Empire Blueprint — a digital product delivered as a download. It consists of:

• 7 automation modules and 18 AI agent templates, packaged as a single ZIP file,
• the setup instructions and documentation included in that ZIP, and
• a secure, time-limited download link emailed to You after payment so You can retrieve the ZIP.

No physical items are shipped at any point. There are therefore no shipping charges, no courier or logistics partner involvement, no packaging materials, and no postal addresses required at checkout.

2. Delivery — what to expect after payment

• Trigger: delivery is initiated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms payment capture. You do not need to email us or take any further action.
• Download link: a secure, time-limited download link for the AI Empire Blueprint ZIP is emailed to the address You provided at checkout, typically instantly and in almost all cases within a few minutes of payment capture.
• Confirmation: a Razorpay payment receipt arrives immediately, and the delivery email containing Your download link follows right after.
• The link is Yours to download from as many times as needed while it is valid; if it expires before You have saved the ZIP, contact us and we will re-issue it (see Section 3).

3. Delivery delays & re-issuing the link

If You have completed payment but the delivery email with Your download link has not arrived within a few hours, please first check Your spam / promotions folder. If it is still not there, email us at [email protected] from the address You used at checkout (or with Your Razorpay payment ID) and we will re-issue the download link. The most common cause is a mistyped email address at checkout, which we resolve manually.

We are not liable for delays caused by email-provider outages or misdirected mail, but we will keep You informed and re-issue the download link once delivery is healthy.

4. Exchange

The AI Empire Blueprint is our single digital product, so there are no other SKUs to exchange it for. If the Blueprint is not right for You, You are covered instead by our 7-day money-back guarantee, described in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
