1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of buildaiempire.com (the Site) and your purchase of the AI Empire Blueprint (the Product), a downloadable digital educational product. The Site and the Product are operated by Nuraveda, a sole proprietorship registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada, trading as Nuraveda Lab (nuraveda.com). 2. The Product

The Product is a one-time purchase digital download: an educational playbook with prompts, workflows and templates about building AI-run content businesses. It is the complete system operators are using to build real AI empires right now.

Delivery is digital. After payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links may expire for security; if your link has expired or the email does not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will re-issue it.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Charges may appear on your card statement under Nuraveda, our legal entity name.

4. Refund policy

The Product carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of purchase, email [email protected] from the address you purchased with and you will receive a full refund: no questions asked within the window. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After 7 days, purchases are final.

5. License and intellectual property

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product and its prompts, workflows and templates in your own projects and businesses.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or republish the Product or substantial portions of it, whether free or paid, including repackaging it as a competing product. All content on the Site and in the Product remains our intellectual property.

7. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Product. You are solely responsible for how you apply the material, including compliance with all laws that apply to you and with the terms of any third-party platform you use (for example Instagram, X, Meta advertising, and any content or creator platforms). Nothing in the Product is legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site and Product are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site, the Product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the courts located in Ontario. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page with the date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
