1. Overview

This policy explains what personal data buildaiempire.com (the Site) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to visiting the Site and purchasing the AI Empire Blueprint. The Site is operated by Nuraveda, a sole proprietorship registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada, trading as Nuraveda Lab (nuraveda.com), which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. 2. What we collect

Purchase data: the email address you enter at checkout, your order details, and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor: we never see or store your card number.

Usage data: standard analytics events (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type) collected via Google Analytics, and advertising events collected via the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (purchase events are sent with hashed identifiers).

Emails: transactional email (your download link and receipts) is sent via Resend to the address you provided.

3. How we use it

To deliver the Product you purchased and provide support; to process payments and refunds; to measure how the Site performs and improve it; and to measure and optimize our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the Site work, acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement via Pixel and Conversions API), and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and file storage). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to recognize repeat visits and measure conversions. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta account settings.

6. Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and refund obligations. Analytics and advertising data are retained per the retention settings of Google and Meta. Download-link tokens expire automatically.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Age

The Site and Product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page with the date above.
